What Happens After You Register for the Lentor Signature Preview?

The Short Answer on Registering for Lentor Signature

Registering for Lentor Signature puts a household on the preview list. The Sales Concierge replies personally, then sends each document as the developer issues it, and offers a viewing appointment when the preview gallery opens.

Registration is free, carries no obligation and can be withdrawn at any time. Marketing commission is paid by the developer, not the buyer.

The First Reply From the Lentor Signature Sales Concierge

After a form is submitted, the Sales Concierge replies, usually by phone or WhatsApp on the number given, or by email if preferred. The first conversation simply confirms the details and notes any preferences: the unit types of interest, a preferred tower or level, and the times that suit a viewing.

Nothing more is needed at that stage. The household is on the list, and the next contact comes with the first release from the developer.

Documents Sent to Lentor Signature Registrants

As the developer releases them, registrants receive the e-brochure, the floor plans of each unit type, the site plan of the three towers, the elevation chart and the price list.

Each arrives as soon as it is issued, so a household can shortlist units and work through the numbers before the preview opens.

Booking a Lentor Signature Preview Appointment

When the preview gallery opens, the Sales Concierge offers appointment times to registrants and confirms each booking in writing. Weekday evenings and weekends are usually the most requested slots.

At the appointment, the show units present the layouts at full scale and the model shows the towers on the site. The current availability is shown on the balance units chart.

Preparing for the Lentor Signature Preview

Three things make a preview more useful: a budget from the TDSR calculator or a bank’s in-principle approval, a view on the stamp duty for the buyer’s profile, and a shortlist of unit types and stacks from the floor plans and elevation chart.

The Sales Concierge can prepare the relevant plans and prices in advance if the shortlist is shared before the appointment.

Changing Preferences or Withdrawing From the Lentor Signature List

Preferences can be updated at any time by replying to the Sales Concierge or calling the same number. A registration can also be withdrawn on request, after which the details are deleted.

The privacy policy explains how enquiry details are handled and how long they are kept.

What to Bring on Booking Day at Lentor Signature

Buyers usually need their identity documents, the booking fee and, where a loan is involved, an in-principle approval or at least a clear view of the loan available. Those buying jointly should all be present or arrange the necessary authorisations.

The Sales Concierge confirms the list before the day, so nothing is left to chance.

How Preview Allocation Works at Lentor Signature

On a new launch, the developer decides how units are released and how buyers select them, and it sets out the process before the booking day. Registrants are told the arrangements in advance by the Sales Concierge, including what to bring on the day.

Typically, a buyer selects a unit, receives an option to purchase and pays the 5% booking fee by cheque or another accepted method. The option sets out the timeline for the sale and purchase agreement and the 15% that follows.

Who Registers for Lentor Signature

Registrants range from first-time buyers renting nearby to families upgrading from homes in Thomson, Ang Mo Kio and Yio Chu Kang, and investors looking for a unit near a station. The Sales Concierge tailors what is sent to each: plans for the unit types of interest, a payment schedule at a chosen budget, or the stamp duty for a particular profile.

That makes the first conversation worth a few minutes, because the documents that follow are more useful when they match the household’s plans.

Registrants also receive notice of any change to the release timetable, so plans to view can be adjusted without having to check back.

Throughout, the contact remains with one Sales Concierge, who keeps track of each household’s preferences and the documents already sent.

That continuity matters most on booking day, when the shortlist prepared in advance can be checked against the units still available.

A household that registers early therefore arrives at the preview with the plans studied, the budget settled and the questions already answered.

Registering From Overseas for Lentor Signature

Buyers abroad register in the same way. The Sales Concierge can send every document by email and arrange a call at a convenient time, and a viewing can be planned around a trip to Singapore.

Overseas buyers should also allow time to arrange financing and to appoint a conveyancing lawyer in Singapore. The showflat page takes registrations for Lentor Signature online.
