Lentor Hills is a planned private-housing estate: a station and mall at its centre, a park running through it and a ring of new condominiums on the land between Yio Chu Kang Road and the older landed streets.
How Lentor Hills Came Together Around Lentor Signature
URA released the estate’s residential land in stages through its Government Land Sales programme. The first parcel beside the station became Lentor Modern, a mixed development of 605 homes above the estate mall. Lentor Hills Residences, Hillock Green, Lentor Mansion, Lentoria and Lentor Central Residences followed on the surrounding sites, and the Lentor Central parcel awarded in March 2026 is the site of Lentor Signature.
The result is an estate of new condominiums set among the low-rise private homes of Lentor, Thomson and Yio Chu Kang, which gives the area a greener, lower skyline than a typical new town.

The Centre of the Lentor Signature Neighbourhood
Lentor station and the Lentor Modern mall form the centre of the estate. The mall, about 350 metres from the Lentor Signature site, carries a supermarket, food outlets and everyday services, so the weekly shop and a quick meal are a short walk away. The station entrances sit at the junction of Lentor Drive and Yio Chu Kang Road, about 400 metres from the site.
Lentor Hillock Park, the Green Spine of Lentor Signature’s Estate
Lentor Hillock Park runs through the estate as its landscaped spine, linking the condominiums with paths and lawns. Around the estate, the private streets of Lentor Lane, Lentor Vale and Lentor Loop add mature trees and small playgrounds, and Teachers’ Estate Park sits a short walk to the south.
Who Lentor Signature and Its Estate Suit
Lentor Hills suits households who want a new home on a direct train line without living in the middle of a town centre: young families who value the park and the nearby primary schools, professionals heading into Orchard or the financial district each day, and buyers moving from older homes in Thomson, Ang Mo Kio and Yio Chu Kang who want to stay close.
