Lentor MRT station (TE5) is about 400 metres from Lentor Signature in a straight line. It opened on 28 August 2021 with the second stage of the Thomson-East Coast Line, and it is the station around which the Lentor Hills estate was planned.
Heading South From Lentor Signature
Southbound trains from Lentor run through Mayflower, Bright Hill and Upper Thomson to Caldecott, where the line meets the Circle Line. They continue to Stevens, an interchange with the Downtown Line, then Napier and Orchard Boulevard to Orchard, where the North-South Line connects.
Beyond Orchard the line passes Great World and Havelock to Outram Park, an interchange with the East-West and North East Lines, then Maxwell, Shenton Way and Marina Bay. From Lentor, that puts the shops of Orchard Road, the hospitals of Outram and the offices of the financial district on one line without a change.

Heading North From Lentor Signature
Northbound, the line runs through Springleaf, about 2 kilometres from the site, to Woodlands, where it meets the North-South Line again. Woodlands North sits at the northern end of the line.
Other Stations Within Reach of Lentor Signature
Yio Chu Kang station on the North-South Line is about 1.5 kilometres from the site, along Yio Chu Kang Road, which gives a second line for journeys to Ang Mo Kio, Bishan and Toa Payoh or north to Yishun. Mayflower station on the TEL is about 1.8 kilometres away.
Buses and the Walk From Lentor Signature
Yio Chu Kang Road carries bus services towards Ang Mo Kio, Seletar and Yishun, with stops near Lentor station. Most residents of Lentor Signature will simply walk to the station; the site plan, released with the e-brochure, will show the pedestrian gates and the best route.
