Lentor Signature at a Glance

Lentor Signature is the name of the new condominium rising on the Lentor Central land parcel, the 15,925.8-square-metre residential site that URA awarded on 6 March 2026 for $657,100,000. The joint venture behind it brings together GuocoLand (Singapore), Intrepid Investments and TID Residential, and GuocoLand has set out its intention for about 553 homes in three towers. Buyers searching for the Lentor Signature condo, for Lentor Signatures, or simply for the Lentor Central condo are looking at the same 99-year leasehold address, and some followed it earlier under the working name Lentor Heights.

The location is what draws the eye first. Lentor MRT station on the Thomson-East Coast Line is about 400 metres from the site, the estate’s neighbourhood mall at Lentor Modern sits beside the station, and the landed streets of Lentor and the green corridor of Lentor Hillock Park frame the parcel. Every published particular is gathered on the Lentor Signature project details page, and the location page maps the estate around it.

Lentor Signature Location

Lentor Signature occupies the Lentor Central site in the Lentor Hills estate, the newest private-housing neighbourhood of District 26, set between Yio Chu Kang Road and the established landed streets of Lentor.

The rail link is close at hand: Lentor MRT station (TE5) is about 400 metres away in a straight line, at the corner of Lentor Drive and Yio Chu Kang Road.

From Lentor, the Thomson-East Coast Line runs south through Caldecott, Stevens and Orchard to Outram Park, Shenton Way and Marina Bay, with interchanges to the Circle, Downtown and North-South Lines along the way.

The estate has grown up around the station. The Lentor Modern mall stands beside it, about 350 metres from the site, and Lentor Hills Residences and Hillock Green are part of the same planned neighbourhood.

Green space is never far. Lentor Hillock Park runs through the estate, Thomson Nature Park is about 1.3 kilometres away, and the reservoir parks of Lower Peirce and Lower Seletar lie within about 2.5 kilometres.

Drivers reach the Seletar Expressway and the Central Expressway quickly from Yio Chu Kang Road, and LTA’s North-South Corridor will pass through Lentor Avenue.

The Lentor Signature location page has the map and every distance, and the Lentor station guide follows the line stop by stop.

Lentor Signature Developer

Lentor Signature is developed by a joint venture in which GuocoLand (Singapore) holds 50%, Intrepid Investments 40% and TID Residential 10%.

The partners won the Lentor Central site at URA’s tender in March 2026 with the top bid of $657,100,000, against four other bids.

GuocoLand is the name most buyers in the estate already know. It developed Lentor Modern, the 605-home mixed development above the mall beside Lentor station.

It has also co-developed Lentor Hills Residences, Lentor Mansion and Lentor Central Residences in the same estate, and its FY2026 results show all four Lentor projects fully sold as at 30 June 2026.

Beyond Lentor, GuocoLand’s work in Singapore includes Guoco Tower and Wallich Residence at Tanjong Pagar and the Guoco Midtown precinct on Beach Road.

For Lentor Signature the developer has set a high environmental bar: the design targets the BCA Green Mark Platinum (Super Low Energy) award, backed by a S$634.7 million green loan.

The Lentor Signature developer page introduces each partner and the record behind them.

At the appointment, the show units present the layouts at full scale and the scale model shows how the three towers sit on the site, with Lentor station and Lentor Hillock Park around them.

The current price list is presented together with the balance units chart and the elevation chart, so the stacks still available are clear.

It is also the right moment to run the numbers: the progressive payment scheme, the stamp duty for your profile and the loan your income supports.

Lentor Signature and the Thomson-East Coast Line

Lentor station opened on 28 August 2021 with the second stage of the Thomson-East Coast Line, and the estate around it has been built with the station as its anchor. For a resident of Lentor Signature, the platform is about 400 metres away in a straight line, so the daily commute starts with a short walk rather than a feeder bus.

The line itself is the reason the location works. Heading south, trains run through Mayflower, Bright Hill and Upper Thomson to Caldecott, an interchange with the Circle Line, then on to Stevens on the Downtown Line and Orchard on the North-South Line, before continuing to Outram Park, Maxwell, Shenton Way and Marina Bay. Heading north, the line runs through Springleaf to Woodlands. That puts the Orchard shopping belt, the hospitals of Outram and the offices of the financial district on one line from home.

The table lists straight-line distances from the site, measured on OneMap; walking routes are longer. The Lentor station and TEL guide covers each interchange in detail.

Why Lentor Signature

What Sets Lentor Signature Apart

Four things define Lentor Signature, and together they describe a home that suits both a young family and a household planning for the long term.

A Short Walk to TE5

Lentor MRT station is about 400 metres away, one line to Orchard, Outram Park and Marina Bay.

Beside the Park

Lentor Hillock Park and the greenery of the landed estate frame the site, with nature parks and reservoirs within reach.

A Builder Who Knows Lentor

GuocoLand has developed or co-developed four earlier Lentor projects, all fully sold as at 30 June 2026.

Green Mark Platinum Target

The design aims for BCA Green Mark Platinum (Super Low Energy), financed by a S$634.7 million green loan.

The estate supplies the rest. Lentor Hills was planned as a complete residential neighbourhood, and much of it is already in place: the Lentor Modern mall with its supermarket and food outlets beside the station, new condominiums along Lentor Central and Lentor Hills Road, and the long green spine of Lentor Hillock Park. Around it, the landed homes of Lentor and the older private estates of Thomson and Yio Chu Kang give the area its low, green character.

The Lentor Signature amenities page describes what lies within reach, and the Lentor Hills estate guide looks at how the neighbourhood has come together.

The Partners Behind Lentor Signature

Three companies hold the Lentor Central site through Lentor Central 2026 Pte. Ltd.: GuocoLand (Singapore) with half of the venture, Intrepid Investments with 40% and TID Residential with the remaining 10%. GuocoLand, listed on the Singapore Exchange, is the lead partner and the developer most closely associated with the estate, having built Lentor Modern beside the station.

For buyers of Lentor Signature, that record is the most useful reference. GuocoLand’s four earlier projects in Lentor — Lentor Modern, Lentor Hills Residences, Lentor Mansion and Lentor Central Residences — account for more than 2,200 homes, and each was fully sold as at 30 June 2026. The developer page sets out the partners and the record in full.

Everyday Life Around Lentor Signature

Further out, Thomson Nature Park is about 1.3 kilometres away, Lower Peirce Reservoir Park about 2.1 kilometres and Lower Seletar Reservoir Park about 2.5 kilometres, each with walking trails and water views.
